Ordering status

The Print Shop is currently a catalogue: prices are on request and online buying is marked Coming Soon. Viewing an artwork or sending an enquiry does not place an order or reserve it.

The artwork

Signed Symbiosis paper prints are limited to three per artwork and include a certificate of authenticity. Marker-on-textile works are unique originals with a certificate. Refer to each artwork’s listing for its dimensions, materials and other specifications.

Frames and mounts in presentation images are examples and are not included unless expressly stated in the offer. Colours can vary between screens and the physical artwork. Ownership of a physical piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Prices and payment

Shop prices are stated in US dollars unless a different currency is explicitly shown. Before a purchase is confirmed, the offer or checkout must show the artwork, quantity, applicable taxes, shipping charges and total payable. Any currency conversion offered by the payment provider is shown before payment.

When online ordering opens, card payments will be handled by Stripe. Bitcoin, USDC and on-chain editions are not currently available. A basket does not reserve stock. Availability is checked when checkout starts; an order is confirmed only after payment is verified. Contact the studio before retrying if a payment was charged but confirmation is missing.

Delivery

Artwork ships from Montréal. Allow up to five business days for preparation and dispatch, Monday–Friday, plus transit time to your destination. The available destination, delivery arrangements, charges and estimated delivery time will be confirmed before purchase. This preparation period is not a promise of arrival within five days.

International customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges assessed by the destination country may be payable separately unless the offer explicitly includes them. Provide an accurate delivery address and contact the studio promptly if it needs correcting.

Final sales and delivery problems

Sales are final for a change of mind. This policy does not exclude legal warranties or any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights, including rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

For a damaged, incorrect or missing delivery, contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs, when available, help assess damage. The studio will review the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not impose an additional deadline on your legal rights.

Website use

Artwork, photographs and site content remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Viewing the site does not grant permission for commercial reproduction. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or misuse the checkout. External marketplaces and linked services operate under their own terms.

For an accessibility problem or help obtaining information about an artwork, contact the studio. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
