Born & raised in the Pacific Northwest, Amy Graeff was introduced early to the world of retail. Her father is a renowned compounding pharmacist, famous for the successful pharmacy & gift business that he created, owned and operated side-by-side with Amy. It was a shared passion for researching and educating others on a more natural approach to medicine and curiosity in the outcomes of medical cannabis use, which brought them together to open, brand, conceptualize and operate the most “Customer Experience” oriented recreational and medical dispensary yet to have been seen.
Amy used her educational background in Architecture and retail merchandising experience from working with the likes of Vera Wang and Nike to design the structure and layout for the now-notorious GreenHead Cannabis storefront. Amy’s design aesthetic has been emulated throughout the industry, but her attention to detail and merchandising flare cannot and have not been duplicated. Amy was able to create an all-encompassing, yet curated experience, her commitment to sustainable architecture guided and inspired her choices of materials and aesthetic. GreenHead has become more than just a dispensary, it is a destination.
Amy was able to use a streamlined, seasoned approach when navigating i502 compliance, drawing on an extensive pharmacy background and seventeen years of experience with regulatory compliance. That same community pharmacy experience is built into the GreenHead brand, with a reputation for carrying only the highest-quality, craft cannabis products available in the state and for hiring only the most educated, customer service oriented employees. Amy’s medical experience and familiarity has inspired physicians in the Vancouver, WA area to consistently send their patients to GreenHead, earning a reputation as “the” medical cannabis dispensary in-town.
