Provided Information and Technical Information are collectively referred to as “Information.” The term “Collected Data” shall mean business numbers, data and figures that are retrieved and collected by Lemonhaze from your point of sale systems or the like (“Sources”) as part of your integration with Lemonhaze’s systems.

This Privacy Policy provides you with clear information about cookies and similar technologies and Lemonhaze’s purposes for using them (which include, among other things, collecting Technical Information). How Lemonhaze Uses Your Information

How Lemonhaze Uses Your Collected Data

As described in our Terms of Service, Lemonhaze will aggregate your Collected Data into a pool of data which is used to generate and provide estimates of sales performance (e.g., transactions, revenues), including across retailers, wholesalers, geographies and categories to subscribers of certain Services offered by Lemonhaze. Subscribers to Lemonhaze never receive your specific set of Collected Data in an identifiable form. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE ESTIMATES GENERATED BY OUR LEMONHAZE STATISTICAL MODEL (AND MADE AVAILABLE TO OTHERS) MAY INCLUDE PERFORMANCE ESTIMATES OF YOUR ASSETS / GOODS / PRODUCTS. These estimates are derived from aggregated pools of information that may include your Collected Data. Because they are generated by our Lemonhaze Statistical Model from aggregated pools of information and are only estimates, we consider these estimates regarding your apps to be non-identifiable even though (a) the estimates may be very similar to the actual performance data you provide as part of your Collected Data and (b) the estimates may specifically name each product and or the name of the specific retailer or wholesaler. Except as described herein, your specific set of Collected Data will not be provided to a third party in an identifiable form without your consent, unless we conclude that it is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, implement a change of control transaction, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. We may also use your Collected Data for internal purposes to operate and improve our Services for you and other customers, and to build and operate new services and products. A limited number of Lemonhaze employees (including those of third-party service providers authorized to carry out tasks on our behalf, as described herein) may log in on your account in order to maintain the Services.

Service Providers

Information may be provided in certain circumstances to third parties to carry out tasks on our behalf for the purpose of maintaining, operating, providing and improving the Services (e.g., billing, emailing, processing applications, CRM, support and data storage) with strict restrictions that prevent such Information from being used or shared except as directed by us. Our Commitment to Security

Lemonhaze employs a variety of security technologies and procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized disclosure of, access to and use of Information that Lemonhaze collects or receives. However, Lemonhaze cannot guarantee the security of your Information. Lemonhaze uses Authorize.net to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. Access and Deletion

Please note that we have the right to reject deletion requests that are unduly burdensome or repetitive or that cannot be honored in light of legal obligations or ongoing disputes, or where retention is necessary to enforce our agreements (including our Terms of Service) or protect our or another party’s rights, property, safety, or security.

Children Under Thirteen

Lemonhaze does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
